Upload a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the finished print size, vector artwork in AI, EPS or SVG, or a print-ready PDF. We cannot print from screenshots, photos of a logo or low-resolution web images. Please send the original artwork file instead. If artwork cleanup or redrawing is required, we’ll contact you with a quote before proceeding.

Both clocks start once your artwork is approved. Transfers are dispatched 24–48 hours after approval. Custom apparel is printed, pressed and shipped in 3–6 business days. Standard Australia Post delivery is then 2–5 business days Australia-wide.

Transfers ship for $12 flat, and free once your order reaches $120. Custom apparel ships for $20 flat, and free once your order reaches $180. Both thresholds look at your whole order total, so transfers and apparel in the same cart count together — a mixed order over $180 ships completely free. Only an order under both thresholds that contains both lines pays the two rates together. We ship within Australia only, and every order is tracked.

We print on JB's Wear, Biz Collection, Blue Whale and more — tees, polos, work shirts, hi vis, hoodies and fleece, and vests — in mens, womens and kids cuts, from 2XS to 7XL depending on the style, in the maker's full official colour range. New brands and styles are added regularly, so browse the range to see everything available today.

No minimum on either line. Order one transfer or one polo — same fair pricing. Quantity discounts apply automatically: transfers from 15 pieces, apparel from 15 pieces, and mixed garments, sizes and colours all count toward the same total.

Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds first. Then press cotton and cotton blends at 150–160°C for 10–15 seconds with firm pressure (60–80 psi), or polyester, sports mesh and hi vis at 130–140°C for 8–12 seconds with medium pressure (40–60 psi). Peel hot or cold — both work with our film. Then cover with baking paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 8–12 seconds. That second press is what locks in the wash durability, so don't skip it.

DTF transfers stick to cotton, polyester, blends, denim, canvas, fleece, spandex and more, on light and dark fabrics alike. Heat-sensitive materials such as nylon and neoprene need a lower setting — around 110–120°C for 6–8 seconds with light pressure. They will not bond to waterproof or silicone-coated fabrics. Always test one piece before a full run.

Tested for 50+ wash cycles without fading, cracking or peeling — when pressed correctly. Wait 24 hours before the first wash, then wash inside out in cold water, hang dry or tumble low, and never iron directly on the print.

Yes. Ask for a free mockup on any apparel order and we'll show you the garment with your logo in place before anything is pressed. For transfers, request a free sample pack to feel the print quality first — the pack is free, you cover $12 tracked postage. Sample designs are chosen at random from our current print run, so you can't pick them, and it's one pack per customer. If you want to see your own artwork, order a single transfer from $1.99 instead.

If there's a defect in the print or the garment, we'll remake it free. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Custom-printed items can't be returned for change of mind, so please check your artwork and sizes carefully. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
